Inmaculada Aguilar Civera

Inmaculada Aguilar Civera es catedrática de Hª del Arte de la Universitat de València, académica correspondiente de la Real Academia de Bellas Artes de San Fernando, y directora honorífica de la Cátedra Demetrio Ribes. En la actualidad forma parte de la Comisión delegada del Consejo del Instituto de Patrimonio Cultural de España para el Plan Nacional de Patrimonio Industrial (desde 2001) y del consejo asesor de la Fundación Juanelo Turriano (desde 2015). Ha sido socia-fundadora y presidenta de la Asociación Valenciana de Arqueología Industrial (1994-1999); vocal de la Asociación para la defensa del patrimonio industrial, TICCIH ESPAÑA (2003-2009); del consejo asesor del CEHOPU-CEDEX (2005-2010). Desde el 2003 hasta 2017 ha sido directora de la Cátedra Demetrio Ribes, cátedra que ha tenido como objetivo investigar y difundir la historia del Transporte y de la Obra Pública en la Comunitat Valenciana.
Inmaculada Aguilar Civera is a professor of Art History at University of Valencia, corresponding academic of the Royal Academy of Fine Arts of San Fernando, and honorary director of the Demetrio Ribes Chair. She is currently a member of the Delegate Committee of the Council of the Institute of Cultural Heritage of Spain for the National Industrial Heritage Plan (since 2001) and the advisory committee of the Juanelo Turriano Foundation (since 2015). She has been a founding member and president of the Valencian Association of Industrial Archeology (1994-1999); member of the Association for the Defense of Industrial Heritage, TICCIH ESPAÑA (2003-2009); of the advisory council of CEHOPU-CEDEX (2005-2010). From 2003 to 2017, she has been director of the Demetrio Ribes Chair, which has aimed to investigate and disseminate the history of Transport and Public Works in the Valencian Region.
